Intercross film premieres tonight at DC's E Street Cinema

If you are in Washington DC this evening, we have about 20 seats left for tonight's premiere of I Know Where I'm Going, an original Intercross film.

The screening will be followed by a Q&A with ICRC Director of Operations Pierre Kraehenbuehl and yours truly.

Mr. Kraehenbuehl will discuss ICRC operations in Yemen and the relevance of principled humanitarian action in situations of armed conflict.

I Know Where I'm Going follows ICRC staff member Hussein Saleh as he networks with parties to the conflict in southern Yemen to ensure that the organization can visit detainees held by Ansar Al Sharia, an Al Qaeda-affiliated group, for the first time.

Screening is tonight, 6.30 to 8.30pm at Landmark's E Street Cinema, 555 11th Street NW, Washington, DC 20004. Entrance is on E Street between 10th and 11th Street.

Drinks will be served.

Please RSVP before 4pm today aticrcevents@gmail.com.

If you can't make it, stay tuned. I Know Where I'm Going will premiere online on this site and on mediastorm.com on December 11th.
